A conflict of interest eh, what could that mean, mmmmmmmm, maybe the WPL directors all sold out of HDR because of an upcoming takeover bid on HDR, stranger things have happened.
Or maybe those directors sold their shares in HDR [if they held any] just to fund their purchase of the new WPL shares, we will most likely never know, but it most likely just a conicicence that the HDR sp drops and the WPL directors buy.
