What if ESG, BOW and perhaps MEL, will all go up the food chain without any challenge?

Can we draw the conclusion then, allegedly, that perhaps the suitors have decided the spoils to be divided between themselves many months ago, in order they all acquire their gas for peanuts?

I am not saying this took place, but it is another angle, so far not mentioned.

Coming from a building background in Europe, I know that these things have happened in that industry over there.
Tell me no chance here....
