Look's like "Tractor Man" could have a problem.
Explain to his shareholders why 7 IS holding debt in a company that is never going to be under his full control.If he is prepared to pay shareholders 12 cents per share, gain control with a 51% plus holding follow up with a CR , It could be a win win for remaining shareholders and 7. With 7 as a controlling interest and all assets in play, the market place would start to regain interest in Nexus as a company with a future.
