Interesting, this brings up another issue, hopefully he does not hold any direct/indirect interest in CAZ. Question is was he paid for the initial opinion in his previous capacity? my quess is yes!. In any case, as i said previously, legally CAZ cannot loose. However the WA govt has the power to go beyong the Law. Will they do it? personnally I think not.
