Wouldnt it make perfect sense for the boys to convert the liability into equity? Afterall, if this is done, there would be no need to place more stock at low levels to repay them and the boys can enjoy the upside (which I imagine and hope should be far greater than the interest they are currently earning).
Furthermore, by placing more stock to new investors to pay out parties that believed in Advantel from the start perhaps may lead to similar problems as appeared with initial placement i.e. people take their profits and run rather than hold for the long term.
Anyway, I hope that good news is around the corner and we get some upward trending price stability in this stock.
Options and renumeration to the telco directors will be worth every penny if their can boost revenues to levels mentioned in the circular to shareholder re: excercise of option conditions.
