I agree that TZL won't buy and keep the shares ... but its a nice package to hand on to "mates" like QVT or other instos who might have approached them.
I think that the finalisation of the DKR CNs (if that's what happens in coming weeks) would need to be announced either in itself or by a "Conversion Notice" as before.
