Never mind the $2.4 M in interest, TZ won't want QVT diluting the registry with an extra 6 M shares on top of their 3 M options. They will pay them out before they can convert through a placement at the IPO of far less than 6 M shares and this means Nov is the deadline effectively to ensure completion in the time available.
