Good thoughts and a fair question. But one that I think you have answered several times already in your previous posts: This first one for instance on 4 March 2008:
Folks, Just 4 thoughts. Might it be that TZ Mgt is waiting with more in-detailed news (like PO's but also on the listing) till they have the DKR/OASIS issue sorted out? Publishing any good news at this time will make DKR/OASIS getting rewarded for beating the SP down, and giving Mgt there for a hard time, for the last few months. It is my feeling that untill that issue is taken care of we will remain in the same news flow etc. as we were before the HY report. SP is not going anywhere till than is my opinion and we all know when that issue will be out of the way. Done by TZ or by DKR/OASIS. Time is ticking till this issue is resolved. Please feel free to share your thoughts on this "brain wave" I just had.
And this on 7 May:
Why launch any PR's and move the SP up when you know that before this month is over DKR will be finished selling and new and/or supportive shareholders will have taken over DKR's stock. I believe we just have to wait another few days and not weeks before the DKR issue is solved and SP might move into higher regions.
At least I hope that is THE answer!!!! And that come 4 June or not too long after the flodgates will open.
The other answer could be that in uncertain times not even funds are going to come in and buy at any price (and serious volume WILL push up the price significantly) ... at least not until there are some hard facts in the market. There is no volume available at present ... and DKR's stake is the only onwe that has been providing the only liquidity over the last 6-12 months.
I would bet my left one that once significant sales orders are announced and or a NASDAQ timetable announced there will be a rush to get in (and I am betting my left one financially speeking!!).
