Good points! TZ is not on the local radar much at all .. and other than a few who were attracted by the Speculator last year the trading is mostly by the accumulator(s) and a relatively small number of long-term holders. And there is absolutely ZERO promotion of TZ locally .... one can't help but conclude that this is how TZ (and CS) want it! And as far as we know the promotion has not started in the US and won't until the conditions are right and the countdown to NASADAQ has begun. So yes I agree very few individual investors in the US will buy ahead of NASDAQ, and institutions also.
Absolutely agree regarding lack of news putting off any new local investors. I mean TZ would currently be seen as a loss making small tech start up ... and the company has been withholding POs since January .. so how can anyone judge its potential. Even for myself a long-term investor and believer it is at times an act of faith almost to stay in the stock.
I think that the importance of June 4 is mostly psychological for long-term holders. I for one have hesitated to buy more TZ on a number of occassions after good news because of the DKR overhang and the repeated selldowns after (or before) conversion notices. True DKR could convert and hold .. that would be the worst outcome, but the hope is that one of a number of interested parties will buy their shares. If and I agree its an if, DKR sells then everyone's expectation is that news will flow a lot more freely and some major announcements will follow. If DKR keep the shares then you could also imagine that there might be enough good news released to get the share price up to a point where they might sell on-market as they have in the past (above $5).
We will all just have to wait and see.
