Good points ... yes the buy side looks better.
About DKR (again) ... it is possible that they won't convert next week unless TZ notify them that they intend to redeem. We all expect that TZ would want to redeem (or onsell the shares to a third party) .. so that's why its reasonable to expect some sort of resolution next week. I certainly hope so.
On news generally ... yes "long time no see"!! But we have to assume that there is a plan and that management are working in our (and their mutual) interest!
