GDA to secure a Sophisticated investor (maybe WB is working on the Chinese) for 13 mil shares @ 20 cents. The other 7 mil to existing holders in a 10:1 (for every 10 shares held you can purchase 1). With of course all the 'Freebies" included! Free shares and oppies as stated in previous anns.
This would raise $4,000,000........diluted to approx 100m shares.

Then by year's end bring many of the current tenements to potentially viable resources driving market cap to $100m...

IRON ORE, GOLD, URANIUM, COPPER, ZINC. ???????
