A few weeks back, there were orders for around 15 million shares queued at 0.9c.
they have now moved down to 0.7 and 0.5c.
that is a reflection of market sentiments and the full credit goes to management's inaction.
if it's a neutral or a slightly positive announcement, I don't see people queued at 0.7-0.5c to start buying at current prices.
