@Lucky1970, yes you can't buy back at a price that is greater than 5% of the previous day's price.
a pip increase from 0.9c to 1.0c is 11%. this is what makes buyback difficult at these prices.
however, they can buy if the SP is dropping. but buying back on the next day will be an issue again if the buyback results in SP going up by a pip.
