I suspect the buy back will be used to help push up the share price.
Forgive me if I have the wrong company but is not a bonus dependant on share price reaching 4c.
If I was a smart man I would wait until just before that was due and announce some good news and start buy back.
Bango share price at 4c and bonus in the bag.
