Swissgirl - do you have any actual evidence for this, or is it pure speculation and - dare I say it - rumour mongering?

Who is the major holder who has been selling down? Which other company is about to "become a meal" for PDN?

How do you know that this will be a scrip offer?

And how do you base your calculations on them increasing their holding 4-fold? That implies that you:

(a) know who it is
(b) know how much they sold down
(c) know how much they hold of the second company

This all would imply inside knowledge to some degree - can you back this up with any actual hard evidence?

Or am I right in presuming that it is all pure guesswork on your part?
