The spp, i believe, will bring in a lot more cash (shares issued) and i think MOL are aware of that. That clause about paying down the extra debt will actually help stop any dilution. For this reason, theyll do this once ond once only. Realisicly, they could rase $25mil p.o.p, thats a bees dik on some of the hundreds of millions needed lately by some co's. So, all in all, everything is just humming along nicely!!!!
