hey mate
i had a look at these after someone mentioned it on hotcopper recently (maybe you). I like their story, the manly contract maybe the first of many. but i read nothing in their recent announcements that implied they were actually in further negotiations or that an update was going to be released. what makes you say an announcement must be soon?
they do seem very cheap. also look like they been trading in a nice range for sometime, a breakout does look due. but im not sure what is going to trigger if anything.
