Its my understanding that HAV arnt in the business of just signing any old deal to get the market exited. They have(apparently) rejected 3 proposals already and are playing hard ball in current round of neg's.I may well be wrong, however my sources are leaning towards signing off, if all criteria can be met on an equity swap with Chinese Co to finance BFS and increase % with mine development in 4 to 6 weeks,
