Nido currently have a Mkt Cap of ~ $50million. Cash at end of 2Q was $12million, so EV was ~ $38million.
Galoc Phase 1 & 2 now gives them ~ 3 mmstb reserves (according to OEL ann). Assuming an NPV10/bbl of $20, that gives $60million NPV for Galoc alone.
Current SP doesn't seem to fully factor in Phase 2 and Galoc North, SC54A & other exploration is clearly not factored into the share price.
so Nido looks undervalued at the moment.
