SSI was suspended on 2nd August 2010 from ASX, while Richard Li was a director.
Why was it suspended? For not submitting its quarterly report.
Between August 2010 and November 2012 (when Richard Li left as a director) accounts and reports continued not to be submitted. Nor were they submitted after Richard Li left.
Suspension of SSI was never lifted. Now, after a prolonged and agonising death for its shareholders, SSI went into liquidation and was delisted from ASX two months ago. So SSI is dead and buried.
SSI used to be a major shareholder of GCN shares. Anyone who wants to read the horrible history of SSI can visit
