    Was this, by asx standard, price sensitive information?

    The company I left in Nov 2015 is an ASX20 company and we were working on a deal with an ASX200 company. It was mentioned in some reports. Nothing eventuated, we went our separate ways and neither company reported on it again. Not even a line to say its not going ahead.

    If it is considered price sensitive, then when did they know about it? Maybe the meeting was Friday 26th and an Ann came out today, first trading day after knowing.
