    You may read the report and pick out more positives and negatives but the matter of fact is that POC1 was the closest thing we had to a true money making deal and now it is OFF.
    Yes, batteries may give us some hope but do you want to wait another 4 to 6 years to MAYBE do a deal?

    I'm sick of hoping, waiting then being overcome with bitter disappointment when the deal is not executed.
