    I'm tempted to go to their Chifley Square office and just ask them what the situation is.

    They're probably not yet insolvent. The definition of insolvency is not being able to pay your debts when and as they arise. This does not include a situation of being debt-ridden, which is why it's so difficult to pinpoint when it'll really go down.

    Sucks so bad...
