    This is all irrelevent folks the Chinese have put the odds up and thats the end of it.

    The only risk I see is still Sovereign, with the potential of an increase in mining / company tax levies (refer to previous Namibian articles). If you belive that this is too much of a risk versus maybe a 10-20% increase in offer,take 8.49. IMO its about 50/50.
