Im looking for the BIG global print presses to join in to keep the black holes at bay ... starting now with latest moves from Euroland ... EUR 200 bill bank rescue program just now being announced and deposit gurantee levels increased ...

Further expect ALL commodities to increase (LATER .. H2 09+ ?) as

(1) resources projects not yet started are indefinately shelved cos of credit squeeze reducing planned supply

(2) existing producers lose from existing production for various reasons (escondida etc) reducing current supply

(3) China GDP "fell" to +10.5% last month and their focus is on domestic and full on still maintaining net global demand

(4)OZZZZIE broad economy will UNDERPERFORM rest cos of CAD/GDP and USD denominated debt ...... hence AUD will underperform USD for a while until we move into resources supercycle

Its all in timing and I am looking for H2 2009+ for resources sector to start its "C" UPwave and surving Ozzies in AUD terms will boom thereafter into 2011-12 ??? .... OPINION .... thats always been basic ARK/GORM theory for Oz portfolio balance and see no change now so am on the lookout for the firesales and TIMING for such.

Market will tell us when but mantime we gotta stay flexible and ready for it once confirms. Hence portfolio balance to enable go with the flow.

Khaliqs I know u r in the Ice Queen now at her lows near cash backing ..... yet 0.1 golden IG ozs PER SHARE backing and AUD POG is at 1250+ ???!!! When u gotta sell u gotta sell I guess hey?

Same for CMR except CMR is now producing metal which in AUD terms is at same price yet costs are in our FAVOUR cos (1) materials have come down with rest (2) fixed and part opex are in AUD .......... so WOW ... what does an AUD 0.65 do for our oxides POSITIVE CASHFLOW !!!

Board should be BARKING OUT LOUD but they aint Olympian and too shell shocked wondering why price is so low ... even after I sent them the GORM ages ago haha !

This is a time for astute investors with some unencumbered cash to probe here and there waiting for the confirm gungho ...

Next FEW DAYS should IMO see the capitulation lows set for the global markets for the current wave down ... at the megapivot now so who knows, might hold ........tho DJIA futures now showing down 200 atm ... wonder what the PPT will do tonite ... they really should hold it here ... or else ... its all psychology now.
