Remember that Gestro was issued that large holding by the company in lieu of payment, because of the low cash balance. Gestro had no choice if he wanted to be #2 shareholder or not.
Robbo wouldn't have stepped down without significant reasons IMO. Why see the fruits of your labour coming around, and be so close in reach of the performance bonus (on EPS) and just walk away?
