Maybe he saw better value in the shares long term with emerging opportunities - He can either get well paid for the move by driving this company forward or let his shares become worthless & I cant see that happening - ppl are still overlooking Impact and the fact that Jeff could still be involved with the company through Impact.
As mentioned earlier the hands on ppl are still there doing what they do best so nothing much has changed other than a door left open to wild speculation about the reasons behind the move.
