They might have cash on hand but what is their cash burn? It could be 3 months before sports come back online, it could be 6 months or even longer. The former or the latter being in play there is the difference between whether this is overpriced or underpriced.
The fact that they cancelled the Olympics (was due mid-year) however signals that sports won't be back for a while.
