the fair value per share seems to be around 12-15 IMO.
i dont think we'll trade there the moment the announcement is made given execution risks and etc.
i think a $2 is where this thing should be trading at a NO hope environment. a double from there is $4.
the fact we are trading at 1.30 means that someone big has thrown in the towel and this wont stay like this for a long time.
also: mining stocks dont trade on a P/E basis. EV/EBITDA and FCF yield is what you have to look for.
what is the avg EBITDA mg of recent mines in Australia?
