Property is losing its appeal with interest rates rising so fast. My wife and I have several investment properties. We did the smart thing when interest rates were at their lowest and we locked in 3yr fixed interest terms. When we move to variable interest on these loans in Sept next year, we will be paying 75% more to the bank every month (based on the current rate). I really don't like the idea of more interest rate rises.
