I hope it works out okay for you Brian11.

I heard yesterday that sales staff are owed commission and that personnel who have recently left Commander are yet to be paid their entitlements. I am also told that former Commander personnel are starting legal action to recover un-paid entitlements.

It could be disgruntled employee's just spreading rumours, however if it is true, it points to a much larger problem at Commander than we were previously considering. AFR hinted recently that Commander could be in breach of their financial covenants.

Based on what has been happening recently with Commander, I suspect the above information is true.
