I am suprised they wont need a capital raising, infact until reading your post i was convinced there could be an artificial pump into the shareprice inorder to complete a SPP. Nevertheless, I have bought in another parcel as it is very hard if not impossible to find a company with a market cap of 10m that is cash flow positive with a development asset less than 6 months from market (and exploration assets!)

They obviusly know something that isnt that evident in the quarterly reports. Explains why directors keep buying..
