imo:

silver may stay sideways / down for a while.

especially as february should have been one of the better months for precious metals.

march traditionally is not that good for precious metals.

While many investors tend to buy precious metals when the prices are rising the best months to buy precious metals are March, April and June when prices are down. It also shows that October typically experiences a correction while November, December, January and February have traditionally been good months for significant price appreciation.
