If they started at the beginning of H2 2021 and were shipping by the very end of Q3 2022 that would be 15 months which puts us almost half way between the two yard sticks you've suggested (which I think is a fair range for you to suggest as a working range).

Although word of warning, my suggested timeline assumes minimal delay at the start of H2 and that the Monsoons will have minimal interruption on construction (although to be fair, construction companies in the top end have a good idea of how to work around this to maximise down time and only a few months are truly proper wet).

But things going to plan, 2022 will likely see first shipments as long as we secure funds in a reasonably timely manner this year and things run relatively on schedule.
