we all have lamented at the poor price offered by LLC.
we have been frustrated that the Directors of LLP have recommended to us, that we accepted that poor price.
Yet they have failed to provide any reasons as to why we should accept the 31c offered.
Importantly, many s/h have already sold on the basis of what OUR directors have stated.

In response to our protestations, our directors have simply said "trust us" and told us to wait for the Indep Experts report, which will also contain the reasoning of our directors.

They have told us that the IER should be sent to us by mid-Nov.
BUT, the AGM and Scheme Meeting together are to be held BEFORE 16 Dec.

So that means we will probably only get 3 weeks to analyse and comprehend the document. we will have little time to ask questions before we have to vote, and we will have virtually no time to organise any oppostion, if we wanted to.
I am sure thats not a deliberate tactic on the part of our Directors.
