I enjoy learning about charting but think with the smaller cap companies they are less relevant, in my opinion. I generally look at charts on a weekly time frame and from what I can see, possibly a cup and handle forming, which would be great if that does play out.
Ultimately, trial results, orphan drug status news, FDA/TGA news etc will be what makes or breaks this company. New results not far away, I'd rather be in than on the sidelines because of a chart.
