Michael Kiernan (Chairman) B.Bus.

Mr Kiernan has over 30 years experience in the transport, processing and mining contracting industries. He has been involved with all the major manganese projects in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia. His experience includes gold, iron ore, nickel, barytes and tin projects. Mr Kiernan has held executive positions with Australia's major transport and mining contractors, including Bell Group Limited, Brambles Limited, Leighton Contractors and Eltin Limited.

Mr Kiernan established a private haulage company in 1992, which provided ore haulage and transport services for several mining operations throughout Western Australia.


David Macoboy
John M Davis (Managing Director) Assoc. Applied Geology, MAusIMM, MAIG

Mr Davis is a qualified geologist with over 30 years industry experience. He has held senior positions with mining companies in Australia and Southern Africa, including as the founding Managing Director of Pilbara Mines Limited (now Jabiru Metals Limited). Mr Davis played a key role in the discovery and delineation of Jabiru's Jaguar base metal deposit. He has extensive in the generation, assessment, exploration and development of mining projects.




Colin Smith
Colin Smith (Non-Executive Director) Dip. Mining, WASM, FAusIMM

Mr Smith is an independent minerals industry consultant with over 40 years experience. He has extensive general management, corporate and directorial experience in the iron ore, gold, lead-zinc and uranium industries. His experience includes holding the position of General Manager – Operations for the Electrolytic Zinc Company Limited and an extended period in the Pilbara region of Western Australia as General Manager - Operations for Hamersley Iron Limited and as Managing Director of Mary Kathleen Uranium Limited. Mr Smith held the position of Director and Chief Operating Officer for Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited from 1994 to 1996.

Mr Smith has undertaken substantial consulting briefs in Australasia, Indonesia, Ghana, Southern Africa and India, including engineering and technical evaluations of gold, base metals and other mining operations.


David Macoboy
David Macoboy (Non-Executive Director) B.Ec, B.Comm, CPA

Mr Macoboy is a certified practising accountant with degrees in economics and commerce. Mr Macoboy operates his own consultancy practice providing corporate and treasury advice to clients. Mr Macoboy has extensive experience in banking, finance and general management. He has held senior positions and directorships in a range of industries including banking (Challenge Bank), investment banking (Merrill Lynch), media (Australian Capital Equity group) and mining (Portman Mining Limited).



Phillip Botsis
Phillip Botsis (Non-Executive Director)

Mr Botsis has over 25 years experience in finance and investment. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Ledge Finance Limited, which provides business finance services. Ledge Finance has several high-profile mining clients and is a member of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies. Mr Botsis is a member of the Institute of Company Directors and is currently on the Board of the Leukaemia Foundation. Mr Botsis has also been a member of the Board of the Family Business Association and is currently the Vice President of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr Campagna is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 20 years experience as Company Secretary, Financial Controller and Commercial Manager for listed resources and industrial companies. He presently operates a corporate consultancy practice which provides corporate secretarial and advisory services to listed and unlisted companies.
