The facts are that Hanlong have purchased a signicant portion of this company and they don't want to lose money any more than you do. They have made a takeover offer because they want the resource. Maybe you've missed these facts. You can always try using my glasses but there must be something wrong with them because I seem to be seeing things that just aren't there.
