I have raised 7 figures in venture funding for my own company form investors. Negotiation is easy you can throw bull--- words scenarios around, actually closing the deal is where you earn every last bit of equity by not sleeping a night until the deal gets done.
Bit harder than negotiating on cars and houses wouldn't you say?
