You may well be right, but consider the options. A cost of 10c, with the option price. At 16c it is a 60% profit. Many will be selling all the way from about 12c for a very quick profit. With almost 500m options out there it may be hard work to get anywhere near 16c, IMO.
Of course a black swan event like nameplate on phase 1 or REE prices jumping, and all bets are off
