IMO AL is possibly quite alone so in Lynas in trying to effect much needed change. I think the realization of what was quickly coming down the line if they kept "managing" in the usual manner might have given her room to maneuver . But IMO the rot is still there in Lynas even with some surgery to management, especially since the one who set that rotten standard Nick Curtis is still onboard as Chair and his lackeys on the board are still there ready to do his bidding. IMO this is a rotting diseased board and the surgery should extend to them otherwise Lynas could be back in intensive care.
