I'm up 46% in a week so feeling pretty good. This has all the hallmarks of a big rollup.
The register is a pretty interesting group. Perennial are substantials, presumably their microcap fund which just put in a 50% return in a year. Ausbil too, another successful microcap fund. Then you've got Schroders, who are generally pretty conservative value investors. To see Schroders and Ausbil on the same stock is surprising to say the least.
Between these three groups, that's roughly 20% of the register spoken for.
All that, and it's trading on an FY19 EV/EBITDA of less than 5, growing at ~20% p.a., and make earnings-accretive, non-dilutionary acquisitions at great prices? This one seems like an absolute no-brainer.
