none of the local councils would allow it to begin with... it may be allowed, out in the middle of the bush, at the back of whoop whoop, where it belongs
but you bears only want to live in the middle of the inner city... so it is not an option available to you I also doubt it would get thru as a granny flat, in the kids backyard but, its easy to check the councils views online, or in their office it is possible the neighbours may complain... and it still would not be allowed
looks like a bush retreat or a high rise glorified humpy, for the campers out there
****they are building little boxes that size, in the middle of your inner cities, with a different exterior just stacking hundred on the top of each other... you should just do it...if thats your style you go for it...
