NO!!!!! There is NOT an actionable JV, as certain rahter important terms (financial) haven't been met!
"can canmex raise the money?"
They haven'ty been able to so far!
"has the PSA been ratified?"
Again, another bit of paper that cannot be actioned until certain conditions have been met. (I don't understand why you guys like to take the risk you have done over the past year for a negative reurn!)
"Are they trading today?"
