Yes but producing DSO of plus 50% and a lower grade fines. Since that time we have the JTC in the background now who are likely to want a more refined product 67% plus for their markets.
I am sure the capex could be held down if PLV elected to produce a poorer quality product. Looks like they prefer to produce something that somebody may already have dibs on.
