I understand that, but it is a different director and if I was in PH's shoes, I would not be hanging my hat on any of the metrics that were provided 3 or 4 years ago or any of the studies that were not under my control. In the simplest terms, I reckon its a bit like building a house based on plans that are 4 years old, been prepared by someone else with different input prices were and potentially where legal and building standards were vastly different. I could not see myself defending my decisions on the previously provided information.
