a PE of 8.3 in a large industrial would be unheard of in normal conditions. All things being equal that's a 12% return in real terms! Plus growth - commodity based - on top.
In a normal market investors would be piling in with both feet, borrowing as much as possible to do so. Huge doses of fear have changed all that.
I don't know what the market will do between now and normal times, so I'd rather just be an accumulator. I'm not a seller at these low levels, but I understand people looking for lower entry points.
