    You are so right Gringo.

    Why they haven't pushed the price up to $6 and beyond in an effort to shake the tree has really surprised me. The lower the SP goes the more likely holders will hold onto their shares.

    WN themselves stated that their original offer valued BRM at $6.47/share. Why would it be worth any less now?
