I think the biggest short-term issue WN have is whether they need the management team or not? Do they have their own or do they actually need WR and crew to at least take the project to a near production stage?

If they do intend to keep the team then I wouldn't hold my breath for a cash payout...they won't keep the key players that way. They would be better off sweetening the deal with a few billion options thrown the management team's way ensuring that they keep on the job to eventually realise full value from the project.

By keeping them there, WN might actually add value to their own investment... but then again when have they cared about adding value?
