Been thinking that since JB is fine with talking on the phone for an hour to Amazons mate who I assume is a shareholder and he has answered (sort of) emails from 5hareholder who is not a shareholder, surely if a group of shareholders were to put together a bunch of questions that required specific answers he should be more than happy to answer these so that we as individuals are not tying up so much of his precious!!! time with providing answers to each and every one of us.

I think if we were to do something like this we should ensure that the question be very specific so JB does not have to do too much explaining.

Eg. I believe the Vanmag sale has been signed off and that we are expecting funds in the not too distant future.

1 - Can you please confirm that Vanmag is sold. Yes / No
2 - Was it sold for the 10 million dollars previously advised. Yes / No
3 - Could you please give an indication of when we are expecting the funds. eg July 2012, August 2012, September 2012.
4 - Is the 10 million dollars a net figure or will there be commissions and consultancy fees involved. Yes / No

5 - If there are commissions and consultancy fees or any other deductions will we be informed how much they were and to whom they were paid.


I know there are many others on here who can put together some questions a lot better than I and I think it is perhaps time we did something like this as a group so they can't just waffle on as they do in individual emails and conversations.

Thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
